Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal-care nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons.

We want you to love your Beso Fresco order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shopbesofresco@gmail.com. Please include your order number and a photo of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Beso Fresco is not responsible for items damaged due to improper storage or use after delivery.
